We offer a variety of frozen fruits and vegetables. Individually quick-frozen (IQF), is the technology used for freezing our produce. IQF freezes individual pieces so post freezing each part is separate and no blocks are forming. The short freezing time lapse prevents formation of large ice crystals in the product's cells, which keeps the product intact at the molecular level. This makes the product keep much of its shape, colour and taste after defrosting

Depending on each season, we supply frozen strawberries, blackberries, avocadoes, figs and apricot. Frozen vegetables and organic frozen produce are available on a demand basis

Frozen produce are supplied either whole, cut in halves, Cubes 10x10, Cubes 12x12, or Cubes 15x15
